Initially I had a couple of hiccups to install but the customer support team is really skilled with the technicalities and guided me through the process. Now that it is working seamless I am satisfied and happy with simplicity of it. A genuine ceramic water filter which saves on water, electricity keeping the water same and works well too. Robust product and an amazing after sales team. Got HBK III wall mount. Does the job quite well. TDS was at 260 prior filter, After installation of doulton HBK III it is at 47. This has zero water wastage and is fit and forget product. Go for this product if you want hassle free purified water. Customer support is very good. Imagine a water filter with zero maintaince and no hassle to pay thousands of rupees to service every year. This product was much needed to India. I get corporation water which and having any uv filter or to uv made my life complicated to pay 3k to 4k as a service every year. And the companies force you to change the filter after 3 4 years by stating it's a old model and no spares available. So 10k for the product and maintenance of 4k every year and change that after every 4 to 5 years. Isn't it a burden to any consumer. This filter is the perfect for a house like mine.

From there on the process to purchase was quick. The installation was simple and the filtration is really good. In on the second replacement ceramic filter that is working very efficiently.
Recently i had an issue with the ball valve and the water leakage even after shutting off the tap. They understood the problem and found me a quick solution. I was able to sort the issue out and have it running again.

I'm really happy with the Doulton counter water filter with super sterysil candle, writing this review after using for 3 weeks, but suggest only if you are using municipal mangeera drinking water, I'm eagerly waiting for ultra carb candle to be launched in India along with HCS counter top which will fulfill my need of filtering out lead and other metals. I decided to go for Doulton after a small research in drinking water and mainly to give up on RO system which I was using currently filtering out all minerals which a human body needs. I have done a lot of research in water purifiers for safe and healthy water for my family and at last I have found the best i.e. Doulton counter top . I have been using this counter top since 6 months and I am very much satisfied with purity and taste of drinking water. Thus, I have purchased another counter top for my dry kitchen also.
It is very easy to operate , no need of electricity , no need of technician or plumber. Just, we need to replace the Super Sterasyl HCP Water filter.

I am happy to have found a water filter that doesn’t use electricity, retains minerals yet filters pathogens. I haven’t had the water lab tested but I believe the filter is doing it’s job. I had to get help to set up the wall mounted filter. The Doulton team also helped via a video call, so that was good. Also, while registering for my warranty, the code number I was told is on the candle which was already inside! I wasn’t going to dismantle the filter, so let it be.

First of all....the filter is completely made in Britain and the quality is seen throughout.The customer service is excellent and they take time and effort to complete the service call.They came online and clearly explained everything. Candles are now available throughout India through distributors and retailers.Best quality at the cheapest possible rate.

This is the first ceramic candle filter I got and so far it's been pretty good. Writing this review after 10 days of usage.
Sagar from Doulton had explained the benefits and feasibility of the filter over RO and other filters clearly which proved to be true. Requires little bit of maintenance once in 10days which is good in a way. All in all very happy with the produc.
