The output of the filtered water is completely dependent on the line pressure and input water quality. The Doulton PRE-1 uses Intelligent Backwash technology that ensures you never need to change the filter.
Users can set the backwash cycle based on the actual use in different areas with different water quality. If the product is used continuously for 8-12 months, the filter screen needs to be washed. Users can also shorten the washing cycle according to the accumulation of impurities in the filter housing.
We take utmost care in shipping our products to you, however since our Filter Candles are made of all natural mineral clays, they are fragile. There is a chance that they may break due to mishandling during transit. Please report any Filter Candle damages/ breakages within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement candle.
