- Deleting your account is irreversible.
- Deleting your account will:
- Permanently delete your account information and past filter authentication data.
- Prevent you from accessing order history, placing new orders, or using the daily hydration tracking feature.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Email us with your request to delete your account to customercare@doulton.in . Please include your registered email address and the name of the last purchased item and date of purchase you made from the Doulton.in website.
Alternative Options
- If you want to take a break from the app but not permanently delete your account: You can simply uninstall the app from your device. Reinstalling the app will allow you to log back in with your existing credentials.
